OUR AIM
To promote CIMA training worldwide in multiple languages, guided by skillful CIMA trainers. The training, rooted in core principles, is committed to nurturing personal growth and training people in facilitating sustainable positive change in others.
We explore the multiple languages of the heart utilizing music, nature, and deeper ways of knowing, engaging in language that transcends words and has unbounded and dynamic meanings.
OUR DOMAIN
Grounded by CIMA’s foundational principles, we want to support those who are called to open spaces for creative development with passion and commitment to CIMA’s core elements and principles. Trainers and facilitators will bring their unique voices, coupled with foundational CIMA teachings, into their work and communities. We aim to foster organic and alive teaching that is expansive and generative rather than reductive or repetitive.
CIMA Pathways to Becoming a Trainer
STEP 1: BECOME A TEAM LEADER IN A CIMA TRAINING

Complete Basic Training in that Module (Generative Trance or Creative Mind)

Show evidence of Advanced Level of training in that module (or similar) by submitting your CV to the Training Circle

Pay Certification fees (to SG Org)

Join CIMA as a Professional Member
Complete steps 1-4 and your name will be placed on the list for potential Team Leaders
After being a Team Leader during a training (or equivalent) you can go to STEP 2!
STEP 2: BECOME AN ASSOCIATE CIMA TRAINER
