At the heart of CIMA is the understanding that transformation doesn't happen through words alone. We work with the many languages of the creative mind — music, nature, imagery, trance, intuition, the body, and deeper ways of knowing that can reach beyond what the conscious mind can explain.
As a trainer, you’ll be grounded in CIMA’s core principles and practices while developing your own way of bringing them forward.
Our vision is a growing, global community of CIMA Trainers bringing this work into new languages, cultures, communities, and contexts — each expanding where and how CIMA can make a difference.
How to Become a Trainer
We’re not interested in creating trainers who simply repeat what they’ve been taught. We want the work to stay alive. That means bringing your own voice, experience, creativity, and way of connecting with people into a strong foundation of CIMA principles. The result is work that can adapt to different people, cultures, languages, and communities without losing what makes CIMA, CIMA.
